I have to tell you about my eye doctor, Dr. Norton is amazing! She really knows her stuff and uses precision equipment, which makes the exams super thorough and precise. You can tell she’s passionate about staying on top of the latest in eye care. And her staff? They’re awesome — super friendly, welcoming, and they make the whole experience easy and stress-free. They’re always happy to answer any questions and make sure you’re comfortable. If you’re looking for a great eye doctor, I seriously can’t recommend Dr. Norton and her team enough!

Dr Norton and team are fabulous. I have bought at least eight pair of glasses here, all of them have been excellent quality. Park Cities Eye Care is professional, friendly, knowledgable, and very helpful. Dr Norton explains to me every year what is happening in context with what the office already knows about me. You can get quality eye care at other locations for less money, you will not get better care elsewhere! Your choice. Thank you, Dr Norton!

Everyone made me feel welcomed. Dr. Norton was extremely kind and very professional. She took time to explain all the questions I had. She knew I felt very overwhelmed and understood this. When it came to picking out my frames. I did not have to do this alone. I was brought glasses that they felt would look best on me. Different styles, colors. After elimination many. The one was found.o Feeling like a part of the enter process was what I was looking for. All the way down to understanding what my insurance was covering. I found my forever Eye Dr. and friendly staff.

Dr. Norton and her team provide excellent service and care. I look forward to my annual visit prompted by the remaining “use it or lose it” balance on my FSA. There are basically 3 steps. First, run through a battery of tests and scans to determine your vision and the health of your eyes. Second, Dr. Norton meets with you to discuss the findings. And third, the team will fit you for new glasses and get you on your way. They do all of this in a friendly and efficient manner.

Exceptional service. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. My appointment started as scheduled I was literally in out within an hour. I love that the doctor showed and explained to me about my eyes health a condition.

The staff is amazing and extremely helpful in all things having to do with a visit to their office AND the doctor: Dr. Cathy Norton, O.D. is amazing (as well) and one of the many reasons I have been using this particular office as my GO TO for over 20 years!

This is my 4th annual eye exam with Dr. Norton. After arriving I was seen right away by Park Cities staff. I felt like my exam was thorough, and all my questions were addressed. I left, again, with a very positive feeling about the level of service and care I received from Dr. Norton. She is very professional, knowledgeable, and has good rapport with her patients. I also was introduced to supplements and treatment to address my dry eyes…Dr. Norton focuses on, and is very knowledgeable about this issue. Lastly, the quality and selection of glasses is excellent. (It is difficult for me to find frames which fit my narrow face.) Lots of beautiful choices! Once again I left feeling my eyes are being well cared for.

I’ve been going to Dr. Norton for a long time. She explains everything really well and the staff is really nice. She referred me to a specialist because she saw something after a couple of years and they have monitored it and are just now starting to see a little change so she was ahead of it! And I love their glasses!

Modern office with state of the art equipment and friendly staff. Cathy Ann Norton, O.D., takes the time to discuss imaging results with her patients and explains what they mean in practical terms; it’s reassuring to know your eye health medically. She also provides a very efficient optical exam and updated eyeglass prescriptions. Park Cities provides the top notch eye care and I highly recommend them.

Very friendly very helpful and thorough with eye exam and explanation. Dr Norton takes the time to go over everything with you and make sure you do not have any questions before you leave. Excited about trying the latest contacts available on market.
