Monica joined Park Cities Eye Associates in 2023 and has become an invaluable part of our patient care experience. As our Patient Services Coordinator and Insurance Specialist, she helps patients navigate scheduling and insurance verificaton to ensure every step of the visit unfolds with confidence and ease.
In addition to her expertise in patient communications, Monica is cross-trained in all aspects of patient care, including pre-testing and eyewear selection. She earned her Certified Paraoptometric designation in 2025 and completed the Essilor Management Develpment Program at Essilor's Dallas headquarters, demonstrating her commitment to professional and personal growth.
Known for her friendly personality and geniune care for others, Monica is adept at connecting with patients by phone, text, and in person, helping each individual feel welcomed and supported. Outside the office, she enjoys coloring and spending time with her beloved dogs.
