Monica

Monica joined our team in 2023.  She is our scheduling and insurance specialist, as well as experienced in all aspects of patient care including pre-testing and optical frame selection. In 2025 she achieved her Certified Paraoptometric certification, and she recently completed the Essilor Management Development Program at the Dallas Essilor headquarters. She loves communicating with our patients by text, phone, and in person and always a friendly face in our office! She is a colorist for relaxation and creativity, and she enjoys spending time with her dogs.
